Starting at Prima Bakery we will leave 6.30pm sharp, cycling along the coast to coast trail to Portreath, listen out for the owl's and foxes . The trail is mainly off road. Please wear a helmet, suitable clothing for the weather conditions and have lights on your bike. We will be stopping at Portreath for a drink if required. Also go and have a look at the sea.
