Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

Our rides will start on 5 miles and gradually increasing each week. They will be mostly flat rides around our country lanes in our beautiful countryside. Ideally you should try to attend each week to reach your target of 20 miles.

These rides are for NEWBIES or those who have not been out on the bike for a long time.We start at juts 5 miles and gradually increase the distance each week to 20 miles on week 6.

We will mainly on quiet country lanes

Only to have a water stop

Helmets are essential -no helmet no ride! Please carry a pump & spare inner tube to fit your bike. Please always wear HIGH VIS/BRIGHT COLOUR se we can be seen. Water bottle and layer up to keep warm & wear a windproof/waterproof jacket.
