We change the route every month, from 40 to 80 miles, exploring the rolling Essex lanes and surrounding areas. Join the WhatsApp group for route details.

Women only ride. Always at a chatty pace, whilst building our endurance fitness. Starting In Ilford, we head out into the Essex countryside.

We stick to quiet routes and country lanes wherever possible

We stop at a cafe around halfway

Please wear a helmet, bring tools and a puncture repair kit suitable for your bike, fluids, snacks and cash or card for refreshments

We never leave anyone behind
