This is a 21 mile ride to Spokecycles and suitable for someone who would like to go a bit further but still at a leisurely pace, 9-10 miles per hour with regular stops. Mainly on quiet lanes, there are a few hills en route but you are welcome to walk them. We will always regroup at the top and never leave anyone behind.
We will meet outside the cafe at The Oval, Ambrose Lane where there is plenty of parking for anyone coming by car.
You must wear a helmet to ride with us. Please make sure your tyres are pumped up and bring a spare inner tube and pump. Don’t forget some water and money for refreshments.
