20 Miler from Aberystwyth - Cwm Rheidol Return - Rheidol Trail

*This is a Ride Social, so open to ALL ADULTS*

Come and join me for a scenic ride along the Rheidol Trail! Nice and flat. We will be cycling at no more than 11mph average speed.

Of course it's Friday, so Ridiculously Rich by Alana will be open on the industrial estate, so we can stop on the way back to buy a cake. Depending on the weather/time, we can also pop into Greggs next door for a coffee, so bring some money.

Nice and relaxed pace, we never leave anyone behind, keeping together as a group and supporting one another along the way.
