This is a traffic free, flat ride for all abilities. It follows the Taff Trail from Rhydycar to Aberfan. The cafe at Aberfan will be open to us for tea, coffee and snacks.

Phil will be riding up to Cefn after the ride. You are welcome to ride along if you want a longer ride with a big hill.

Our rides are inclusive, social rides at the pace to match the ability of the riders. There is no slowest rider. We all ride at the same pace. All abilities welcome. It’s about being out and socialising as much as the ride.
