100 Mile Smile

Please join Sustrans and Travel Choices (Dunstable) for? the 100 Mile Smile Ride? Sunday, 8 September 2013? ? Entry is FREE. Register here to be sent route maps and a ticket entitling you to a free cycling T-shirt (worth £15) which you can pick up at one of our checkpoints along the route: http://100milesmile-es2.eventbrite.co.uk/?rank=3 It takes in Dunstable, Leighton Buzzard, Milton Keynes, Bedford, Sandy, Letchworth, Stevenage, Harpenden and Luton, before returning to Dunstable. It is composed of off-road cycle paths and quiet lanes. Ride as much (or as little) as you like along our 100 mile National Cycle Network route. Alternatively, follow 25 mile, 50 mile, 75 mile or 100 mile options. Join the route where you like and ride as far as you like. Remember, you don't have to ride the whole distance, just as much as you like.
