About the group
Social rides for all cyclists with the aim to have fun, stay fit and make friends. The rides will take place on a mix of roads and paths, also some off-road rides. Normally we'll stop for a coffee if there is a café on route. If not we'll pause for a drink and a snack as needed. Rides will be at a pace of 10 - 12 mph average speed. Distances from 10 miles. The rides will take place at weekends, evenings in the summer and maybe an occasional early morning ride.
