SB Breeze Improvers

Hello and welcome to SB Breeze Improvers, based in Stamford Bridge, York. We are all about empowering women back onto their bikes and building confidence by teaching you how to ride safely in a group. We ride along around 14mph and love tackling the odd hill or two! Please ensure you have a helmet - safety first - and a spare inner tube. Bike lights if you have them are a great idea too. Please check the weather forecast and wear appropriate clothing, layers are a good way forward and waterproofs a good idea in this country and bright/high viz colours are good.
