About the group
A group aimed at experienced local lady cyclists who want to explore the local area on two wheel with like minded people to have fun and keep fit. Rides will be around 25 to 35 miles and will hopefully include a cafe stop half-way or at the end. We will follow local lanes and try to keep clear of busy roads as much as possible. Cyclists should be confident of managing an average speed of 10-12 mph average and happy to cycle in a small group
