Liv ladies - Helston

We are a ladies road bike social group. Our aim is to encourage and promote all women to join these rides and make it a comfortable/ supportive ride, where everyone looks out for each other. As a friendly positive group we ask that anyone joining is kind, respectful and welcoming to each rider.We start and finish the ride as a unit and aim to not be in splinter groups. The aim of these group rides will be to learn new routes, gain other people to ride with and make cycling social/ fun and give you more confidence on the lovely Cornish roads. We will be meeting once a month and will start in different locations each time. Keep an eye on our facebook page for specific details of each ride. All women are welcome of all abilities. There are no requirements for types of road bike that are ridden; we only advise each rider to have a membership to either British cycling, British Triathlon or similar to cover themselves whilst riding.
