About the group
My rides are suitable for all levels of cyclists, whether you're a beginner or a seasoned rider. It's just enough to get your heart pumping and your muscles working. You'll also have plenty of opportunities to stop and rest, chat with other riders, and take some photos.
I am passionate about helping others get fit and stay healthy. An important aspect of my role is to engage with my group with the aim of getting participants cycling more.
