About the group
Social ride group for the cycle clothing brand Fat Lad At The Back . We pride ourselves at making everyone welcome on our rides, all abilities are encouraged to join us and remember on a FLAB ride NOBODY GETS LEFT BEHIND. Keep an eye out for our rides on this page and our Facebook page where you can sign up and join us , we do a variety of rides of different distances etc and they always include a coffee and cake stop !
