About the group
As experienced ride leaders from Farcycles cycling group, we should like to invite adults who would like to build confidence in cycling and improve their health. Each ride starts with basics of checking your bike, riding in a group and negotiating junctions. We then cycle around some of the quiet local streets, and out into the countryside.
