We are a varied group of riders, some are new, some have done a few miles, others have done some long-distance rides.

We are aiming to keep fit in our 40's, have some fun on the way and definitely visit our local cafes

We ride around Hertfordshire on the roads and cycle paths ( when they are available )

We have a couple of fast riders, but most of us are just casual riders, keeping together when possible and not leaving the slowest of us behind

Our rides mostly take place on a Sunday morning, and in better lighter weather we go out in the evenings during the week.
