We'll start with a basic bike check to help you ascertain your bike is safe to ride. Please note, I'm not a mechanic and have (very) limited mechanic skills. I recommend the local bike shop though.
Then we'll take a gentle ride up and down the Cob path at a steady pace, no one will be left behind.
This is a friendly taster session aimed at getting you out on your bike. There will be longer follow up rides in February on the Bryncir cycle path.

Basic bike check followed by a gentle ride up and down the Cob

Traffic free cycle path, nice and flat

Option to go for a panad and a chat afterwards at one of Port's many coffee shops

Please wear a helmet, warm (and waterproof, weather depending) clothing and bring water with you. Gloves are recommended.

First-timers welcome!
