Normal fitness loops - Right from the Swan at Hanley Swan, up to the Three Counties Showground traffic lights, left towards Welland crossing, left again back into Hanley Swan

Fitness Loops - Please ensure that you have completed a WOW steady ride and are capable at maintaining a minimum of 13mph
