WOW West Fitness Ride - Wednesday 17th July, 2019

Circular route on B roads - From Hanley Swan up to the Three Counties Showground traffic lights, left down to the Welland Crossing and then left again returning to Hanley Swan.

Hanley Swan Training loop - steadily increasing speed on each circuit. Riders must be able to comfortably ride at between 13 - 15mpg

B Roads

No stops on the ride - but there's a pub at the end :)

Helmets, spare inner tube, tyre levers, pump, lights and the all important money for a cheeky beer at the end

This ride is not suitable for first time riders
