These rides are aimed at those who would like to improve their fitness, stamina and group riding etiquette. The route is a short 4 mile circuit which we will aim to do 3-4 times. Everyone riding MUST know the route too (first loop will be a familiarisation of the route). You MUST have ridden on one of our social rides FIRST.

We will go for a coffee in the pub at the end
You will need to bring. A bike, a pump, a spare inner tube, lights, plenty of water and money for the pub afterwards. Please also make sure that you have eaten something before the ride, even if it's jam on toast, you will need to fuel your body for this ride.
