These rides are aimed at those who would like to improve their fitness, stamina and group riding etiquette. The route is a short 4 mile circuit which we will aim to do 3 to 4 times. You must have ridden one of our social rides first.
Country Lanes
You will need to bring a bike, a pump, spare inner tube, lights, plenty of water and some money for the pub after. Please also make sure you have eaten something before the ride and bring a snack,
