WOW Advanced [FRIDAY FORTY]

Starting at the Swan at Hanley Swan we will then head to Upton, Longdon, Forthampton, Tirley, Hartbury, Upleadon and Newent, then back via Redmarley, Camer Green, Castlemoreton and Welland

A circular undulating with some hills 40 mile route to Newent. We will aim to ride at 13-14mph average speed, so please make sure you are comfortable with this pace

We will be riding on mostly quiet country lanes with some busier roads

We will ride to Newent non stop with a coffee, tea and cake stop there before riding back

Please remember to bring: a bike, a helmet, a pump, spare inner tubes, any medication, suitable clothing for the weather (especially gloves), money for the cafe, snacks for en route and plenty of water.
