Leaving Watford heading for the Meriden past Garston Manor on to Bedmond I'm heading towards St Albans then on the way to Redbourn to the flour Mill went on to West Common heading down the St Albans Road into St Albans then into the verulam park for refreshments then heading back to Watford passing through Chiswell Green and Bricket Wood 875 ft of climbing
