Woodland Circuit

Starting from Amersham we will head off to the woods! This is a lovely ride with stunning views of the Chiltern countryside. The route is mainly off road so is not suitable for road bikes. There are a couple of hills but we never leave anyone behind. We will be cycling through the woods so expect brambles, nettles and wildlife! (You may want to wear long socks/arm warmers).We may have to lift our bikes over the odd fallen tree from the winter storms. We will stop on the way back at the pub in Chenies and meet the ladies from Breeze Chalfont and Breeze Ricky. We will cycle past the beautiful Chenies Manor on the way home. There are plenty of chances to stop to take photos of the Chilterns.

Before you come out (preferably the day before) check that your bike is in good working order.

Checklist of things to bring:
Helmet

Front and rear lights
2 tubes
Rainwear/gilet - weather dependent (worn or in your pocket/bike bag)
Water bottle
Bike lock
