Winchester Breeze to Cheriton for cake

We will cycle out of Winchester following the river path. There is a short stretch of busy main road from Hockley to Twyford. We will then take quieter country lanes and roads out through Owslebury, Longwood and Beauworth. Arriving in Cheriton, we will stop and buy refreshments at Cheriton Village Hall, where there is a popup community cafe every Thursday morning between 9.30 and 12noon ( a joint volunteer venture between the village shop, village hall and the church)

Back on our bikes again we will return to Winchester via Titchborne, Alresford, Ovington, Avington and Easton to our starting point.

Inevitably there are hills on this route but we will travel at an easy pace and nobody will be left behind.

Please bring the usual kit in case of puncture ( tyre levers, inner tubes and a pump)
For the coffee shop bring a lock for your bike and cash / card for payment.

Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell. Places are limited so remember to cancel your place if you are unable to attend. That way another rider can join us.
