Winchester Breeze to Avington

Starting at The Willow Tree pub we'll cycle towards Tesco through Winnall. We'll head through the underpass to Easton, taking quiet country lanes through to Avington and Itchen Abbas. There is a short stretch of busier road which we will ride as a group, before returning to quieter roads back through Easton and along Long Walk.

There are some hills on this ride, but we will be cycling at an easy pace and nobody will be left behind.

All rides will be led with 2m social distancing in line with current government guidance. You will be expected to follow the advice given by the ride leader to protect yourself and other participants.

Please do not attend the ride if you are feeling unwell, or have been asked to self isolate by NHS Test and Trace. PLEASE DO REMEMBER to cancel your place with as much notice as possible if you are unable to attend as places are limited.

It is not advisable for anyone classed as vulnerable to participate in a group activity at the present time.

Please bring:
- HAND SANITISER
- DISPOSABLE GLOVES
- A MASK
- Inner tube/ pump/ tyre levers for puncture repair (we can advise, although not physically assist)
- Payment card and lock for your bike (in case we stop for a tea/coffee - this is entirely optional)
- Please ensure you have the right clothing for the weather
- A drink
- A small snack if you think you'll need one
