Starting point

Lancashire
PR6 7HW

A pleasant route over Parbold hill and around Lancashires lanes winding its way around and urban areas to arrive at the short climb to the top of Clieves Hill. Although small this hill is an excellent viewpoint on a clear day. Dropping from here it's a short step to the cafe stop at the cricket ground in Halsall. The return is through well know terrain which is hard to describe as anything but pretty flat.
Total distance is 49 miles.
