Paid parking is available at the visitor's centre. There is some unrestricted parking on Whitlingham Lane. Toilets, water and food are available at the Visitor's centre.

NB: please dress appropriately for the weather and bring a spare inner tube in case of punctures. It is recommended to bring a drink of water or similar for the ride. Yiou may wish to bring money for a snack at the cafe stop. NR14 8TR

Whitlingham Visitor Centre, Whitlingham Lane, Norwich

This ride is a 26 mile loop. We'll meet at Whitlingham Park Visitors centre (cafe, toilets, parking) and head out through Trowse, Surlingham and along mostly country lanes, largely along National Cycle Route 1. We'll got rhough Rockland St Mary and on to Loddon where we'll stop for Tea and snacks at Rosie Lee's cycle-friendly cafe. We'll return via Langley and loop back to Rockland St Mary to Whitlingham. The route is 26 miles and there a re a couple of hills in addition there is a short off-road section near the end of the ride.
