We will depart from and return to Watford Cycle Hub for our Breeze Christmas Jingle Party post ride! :)

The ride itself is designed for all ladies who need more than a 'Beginner', 'Easy-Going' ride, but may have found 'Steady' rides too much of a step up so far.

This 'Step up to Steady' ride will help you gain some experience riding in group, on mixed surfaces: with cycle paths, woodland trails and some road practice thrown in too.

You will get to take on a couple of hills in Whipendell Woods and Cassiobury Park, so you can start to practice using your gears and mastering hills climbing, traffic free.

This all should help you build towards then taking part in slightly longer 'Steady' category rides.

We will cut through from Watford Cycle Hub, via the Ebury Way, quiet roads and cycle paths to Cassiobury Park and take some of the lesser known and travelled paths through to Whipendell Woods. Here we will climb up to 'Four Ways' for your hill climbing practice, before descending back down 'The Lime Path' to Cassiobury Park. We will then do a lap around Cassiobury Park. Afterwards, we will return to Watford Cycle Hub via the cycle path network, which will help you to plan your own traffic free routes into 2022! :)

This ride has been designed to help ladies step up from an 'Easy-Going', traffic free, pretty much flat ride, to begin to take on a few hills,

while still remaining mainly on cycle paths, with a few brief road sections.
