This Safety First Cycling Group ride is open for anyone to join

A Lovely little route that takes us through the Ind est round the town centre to Datchet crossing the Thames into Old Windsor Then up to Englefield Green Past Royal Holloway descending to Stroude passing VW to our halfway (ish) stopping/refreshment point back up to rejoin our route briefly into Englefield Grn before entering Windsor Great park past the copper horse out at Rangers gate a slight bit of off road on a cycle track to reach Windsor FC back roads from Spital down to cross the Thames at Clewer towpath and cyclepath through Eton Wick into Cippenham (the Old Orchards) up Elmshott Ln & Station Rd back to our start point

The route uses mostly quiet lanes and cyclepaths (bus lane on A4) and towpaths all of this route can be done on any type of bike including racers

The halfway point is the Rose and Olive Branch on Callow Hill

Sunscreen and rainjackets! There might be a chance of a thunderstorm but we have gone out before when the weather forecast was bad but never saw any bad weather! Puncture repair kit/spare tube (if new we will help) snacks and drinks for the route. Money to buy me drinks!
