A trip around the vale, a few hills, some cake... what's not to like!
Mostly suburban roads and quiet lanes, with a short section on the A48.
Starting at Insole Court, we take a familiar path out to Gwern-y-Steeple, and then head south to Llancarfan.
We'll stop at Dyffryn Gardens, at the 17 mile point, before climbing back up to the A48, and back into the lanes to take in St George's and Drope, heading back into Cardiff via St Fagans and Fairwater.
