A potter along the canal, cycle paths of the east lancs and 1 busy road.

We'll be heading along the canal, cycle paths and just one road to compete with. Off road wheels would be best.

We will be stopping for lunch at Bents. They have a large cafe catering for all diets.

Helmets are highly recommend. Also a drink and spare innertube is advisable.
