Starting at the summerhouse cafe we will take the taff trail to Tongwynlais. From there we will climb Castell Coch hill taking us to the cafe atop Caerphilly Mountain. After a quick break we will descend back into Cardiff via Thornhill road. The ride ends back at the summerhouse cafe.

Cycle routes with some quiet roads. The return journey will take us on Thornhill road into the city centre, so potentially busy.

Helmets, spare inner tube, lights and refreshments.
