To tunnel end .

Starting with a small road section through dewsbury before joining the cycling route of Calder Valley towards Huddersfield.
At Huddersfield there is another road section along the canal side by the University before joining the canal towpath to Slaithwaite tunnel end.
Returning the same route.

Scenic cycle trails ride to Slaithwaite tunnel.

There are some roads on this ride but mostly cycle trails and canal side. 80 percent traffic free.

Cafe stop at either Slaithwaite tunnel end or in Slaithwaite itself.

Helmets are mandatory. Please bring money for cafe stop and spares for your bike in case of puncture etc. Also clothing for the conditions of the day.
