from Riverside walk carpark, up the newbridge to sainsburys, turn up towards yetholm then take a right at lloyds tractors, bit of a hill up to the right turn for Bowmont forsest, stop and regroup and get breath back, then enjoy the long down hill to the crossroads, please take care on the corners down, remember traffic can be coning up!, go straight over at the crosroads through Eckford , left onto the Crailing straight, Take a right for Harestanes, follow the road all the away along, and enjoy a tasty treat from Out there Aritsan, return back along the same road but take left for Nisbet and come back through Roxburgh, then take a right onto the road that comes into kelso past springwood
