A nice social ride through Burnham Beeches then across to the Grand Union canal on the outskirts of Uxbridge for a refreshment stop then returning down the canal round "little Britain" and then the Slough arm home

Mostly quiet lanes and canal towpaths

Stopping halfway at the general elliot

Please bring lights, puncture repair kit/spare tube (people in the group will help if new to this) money to buy me drinks

First-timers welcome!
