This Safety First Cycling Group ride is open for anyone to join

Led by experienced ride leaders, these rides are a great way to explore new places and to meet new people who enjoy cycling. They are suitable for all levels of experience, so whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist, you can find a ride that is right for you.

A nice mix of quiet lanes and towpaths taking us down the Slough arm onto the Grand Union into London past the loony bin to the Fox. returning past Hanwell Zoo through Cranfield park then past Heathrow (on the cyclepath!) then Longford where we stop at the Eric before crossing Stanwell Moor into Colnbrook then home alongside the M4 We will be going at a pace that is suitable for all (it will not be a race)
