This Safety First Cycling Group ride is open for anyone to join

Led by experienced ride leaders, these rides are a great way to explore new places and to meet new people who enjoy cycling. They are suitable for all levels of experience, so whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist, you can find a ride that is right for you.

A nice gentle bimble up through Dorneywood across Dropmore then on to Holtspur. A short section of the A40 followed by a descent into wooburn Moor where we will stop to whet our whistles, crossing the river wye we follow the valley down through Wooburn town back to Bourne End then Cookham past boulters lock to the A4 a short bit to get to the back of Taplow Stn then side roads back to our starting point

Stopping at roughly the halfway point for drinks and snacks

Please bring lights puncture repair kit/spare tube (others will help) drinks and snacks for on the bike and money to buy at the stopping point
