you must wear a helmet on this ride. Please bring tools to fix a puncture (spare inner tube, pump, levers, tools to remove your wheel). You may want to bring a drink and a snack and a waterproof jacket. Please do not ride if you are feeling unwell or have symptoms of COVID-19
