We'll follow the cycle path through Harold Hill, past the leisure centre and towards Noak Hill. This is a popular spot for the local deer to graze and we may be lucky enough to see them if the weather is good. We'll have a short ride around the quiet estate, then head back the same way.

Ride is predominantly on cycle path. A small amount of road riding on quiet residential back roads. We may even see some deer!

Mostly cycle/foot path. Some very quiet back roads.

As this is a short ride, there will be no rest breaks as such, though we will pause frequently to sip from our bottles and catch our breath if needed.

Helmets are advised. Front and rear lights necessary. High vis or brightly coloured clothing is a good idea.

First-timers welcome!
