There's a Partridge, in a Tree or is it a Lake?

This is the first of a new set of rides exploring parts of Cheshire. This ride starts at Upton Rocks, in Widnes, with a slightly later start time. We will head towards Whiston then swing around and ride passed the Dream and Clock face, through Burtonwood and on through Croft to our stop at Partridge Lakes. The return will take us through Birchwood, into Warrington, down to the Sankey Bridges, along the canal and ultimately back to our start point at Upton Rocks.
We'll ride at a steady pace of 10 - 12 mph on this ride and we'll keep our pace at a level so that we can all stay together.
Remember, this is not a race, but a leisurely ride at a pace to suit the slowest in the group!
Please check your bike over the night before the ride, tyres inflated, all bolts tight, lubricated. Clothing, helmet & lights checked and ready. Please ensure you have a pump and a couple of spare tubes in case of punctures and a good secure lock.
It would be great to have some new & some familiar faces on this ride, you're all welcome & I look forward to riding with you.
