TFCC - A Very Hilly Ride (Prep for Hadrians Wall) - Approx 50 Miles

This ride will be in preparation for our Hadrian's Wall Adventure at Easter. Which we have done before and so we know how hilly it is. We ride at the pace of the slowest rider and the route will involve lots of hills.

The TFCC will use as much off road as possible, this using the network of canal towpaths, shared cycle paths, parts of the Hillingdon Trail, Celodine Route all of which can get a bit muddy.

We will stop at Rickmansworth Aquadrome where we will use as a meeting place for more cyclists to join us. We stop and regather at the top of every hill last person up is the first person who starts off, the people first up the hill hold back and play catch up. This helps to keep moral of all riders up and keeps the group together.

Please bring with you the usual repair stuff, spare inner tube, lights, adequate clothing, money and now the fun stuff sense of adventure, and humour.
