What do newbies need to know?
We are an inclusive group, we all stick together, we wait at the top of hills (usually for me, as I know the way). Willl you be to slow and hold up the group, no because we love a chat, and being predominently off road allows this.

This ride willl be 1 hour session, whilst my daughter does her gymnastics at Meadow School, we will use this session to explore new routes, and satisfy our curiosities of hmm I wonder where that path, trail, gap, alley leads to.

We will be about 70% off road, 30% on road.

Please bring with you puncture repair kits, spare inner tube, tyre levers, bike, sense of humour, and a very keen sense of adventure

First-timers welcome!
