Tea at Houghton Lodge

Our ride is starting at The Winchester Hotel, from which we will head out along Chilbolton Avenue to Sarum Rd, Farley Mount and Ashley. Cycling through Kings Sombourne, and along the valley to Houghton for a stop for refreshments at Houghton Lodge Tea rooms.
We will be returning to Winchester via Little Sombourne, Crawley and Littleton.
Please bring the usual kit in case of puncture ( tyre levers, inner tubes and a pump)
You will also need to bring a mask for the coffee shop, along with a lock for your bike and cash / card for payment.
You are advised to carry disposable gloves and hand sanitiser for your own protection on rides.

All rides will be led with social distancing in line with current government guidance. The ride leader will advise at the start.
Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell or have been advised to self isolate. Places are limited so remember to cancel your place with as much notice as possible if you are unable to attend. That way another rider can join us.
The ride is hilly in places ( as expected in Winchester!) but we will ride at our own pace, nobody will be left behind.
