Syon Park to Bushy Park returning via Twickenham Rugby Stadium

This women-only ride is mainly on quieter roads to and through Bushy Park returning via the impressive western entrance gate to Twickenham Rugby Stadium.

Our trip will be at a pace that enables us to stay close together as a group. We will be starting to anticipate longer rides during summer days though so stopping in Bushy Park for only a short comfort break. This means we should return to Syon around 11.30am for optional refreshments in the Syon Garden Centre café at the ride end.

To join the ride you need a bike in full working order so please check beforehand that the brakes work, the wheels spin freely and the tyres are pumped up. Dress for the weather, remembering gloves and avoiding loose garments that could catch in your chain. A helmet, some drinking water and a spare inner tube are recommended as well as cash for refreshments and a lock for your bike.
