Meeting in the Henry wells shop car park we will be completing several circuits of the lanes leading out from Grovehill. The aim to practice going up and down hills. This is the same circuit as the evening hill rides but the expectation will be that you are able to climb the hills as this is only for approx 1 hour. But saying that these rides are designed as a supportive place to have a go. It’s amazing how the regular practice means you manage more and more each week. There is no planned cake stop cake/tea stop planned for this route. There are also no toilet or water bottle facilities, however the Tesco express is open.

Please bring lights with you for this ride as it may still be dark/dusky when we start.

Now for the Covid bit….
Although Covid restrictions have been lifted we are asking all riders to be respectful to the other riders. Please do not attend if you have Covid symptoms or have been in contact with people that have Covid. Please bring a mask and hand sanitiser.

Please remember to bring with you
- Helmet
-Spare inner tubes for your bike and appropriate tools, even if you don't know how to change an inner tube there are other people in the group to help.
-A water bottle with a drink in, cycling can be thirsty work.
- Appropriate clothing for the weather.
