This is the third in a series of 4 training type rides - each week will have a different theme. We will, as far as possible, be on country lanes and minor roads. They are all marked as challenging but the only person you will be challenging is yourself. The leaders will help and guide you and no one will get left behind. The theme for this ride is hill practice, the leaders will give you hints and tips for managing both ascents and descents and will encourage you all the way round. There will be plenty of time to catch your breath and have a drink between the hills -come and give it a go!
