From Riverside walk carpark, pedal up to sainsburys roundabout on the cycle way, then cross over and take the exit to yetholm but then turn right at Lloyd's tractors, go up to the right turn for Bowmont forest, go along and down to the crossroads, going straight over and through Eckford, take a left onto the Crailing straight, then take a right at the sign for Harestanes, follow the road along and round to Harestanes, for refreshments or Woodside the choice is yours back the same way but then take left for Nisbet and follow road through Roxburgh then right back onto the road to kelso
