Taking the cycle path out of Poppleton we will go via the A64 to Bishopthorpe, down the Solar System to Stillingfleet. After the cafe stop at the nursery we come back via Naburn, cross through Acaster to Copmanthorpe and back via Askham Bryan back through Acomb and Knapton to Poppleton

Cycle paths and roads to Stillingfleet Nursery where we will partake in refershment

We will use paths, mainly quiet roads and shared cycle paths to and from Stillingfleet. The route back will be shorter than the route out

Planned stop at Stillingfleet Nursery Gardens or Naburn Marina or Bishopthorpe Cafe or all 3!

Helemts compulsory, inner tube, tyre levers, pump and gloves for changing tyre. Cash or card for cafe. Phone for emergencies. Mask for cafe stop.
