Start the week - Monday Morning ride of 25-30 miles

This is a series of rides to get the week started on a positive note. We will choose a variety of routes roughly between 25 and 30 miles long and they will include a few hills. If you are unsure whether the ride is suitable for you then please do give me a call on 07802345161. Depending on the route, we will either stop during the ride or, more likely, at the end for some refreshments, so if you would like, do bring some spare change or other means of payment .

Please be sure to bring your helmet, water, anything you would need to mend a puncture should it be needed and make sure that your bike is in a good condition.

We still need to be vigilant about the risks of COVID-19 so we will be taking the following regulations into account with our ride leading and we will follow all local govt. guidelines:• We will not share any equipment so please be organised and bring everything you may need • You should pay particular attention to your bike being in good working order before attending a ride. Participants must not attend a ride if they have COVID-19 symptoms or have been in contact with anyone with symptoms • Anyone who develops COVID-19 symptoms during a ride must inform a leader. • Anyone who develops COVID-19 symptoms after a ride must contact the leader who will inform British Cycling HQ who will then contact everyone who attended the ride. Do not attend this ride if you have been told to self-isolate due to travel or coming in close contact with someone who has tested positive.
