a mixture of routes around the suffolk countryside..
using mostly rural roads and country lanes fairly traffic free but with some busier sections.
stopping at a local cafe or garden center to refuel and refresh.
Helmets as always are a must, riders should be self supported with tools and tubes , money for refreshments , a mobile fone
